Under normal circumstances, Riverside Studios does not offer ticket refunds; however, we want to ensure people feel confident in returning to theatre and cinema so we will offer an exchange to a different performance under exceptional circumstances. Booking fees are, as standard, £1.50 per ticket. Limited to 5 fees per booking. The fee applies to web and phone bookings, but not in-person.

Please note that latecomers will not be admitted. Riverside Studios is a 15min walk from the Hammersmith Broadway underground station, please allow adequate time when planning your journey.
